it's very hard to keep a straight face when we're trying to be firm and reprimand dray for his misbehavior these days. the moment he knows he has done something bad, or when our "angry voice" comes out (which is after three times of reprimanding), and our index fingers start to point and wag at him, he immediately cover his eyes with his two tiny palms, possibly in a display of remorse. it's really adorable, lah.
and then, he'll sneak a peek thru his tubby fingers to see if your face is still scrunched up in anger, before quickly covering his eyes again. he'll be taking peeks every few seconds, and it's so ,so cute and funny, that it's really hard to keep a straight face! usually when i'm the one doing the reprimanding, noel will be trying his damnest to stifle his giggles, and vice versa.

but we still do our best to remain firm, so he knows we mean business and the lesson is not lost. most times he'll end up in tears, and start to reach out for a hug to show how really sorry he is.
or sometimes he sulks and turns into a grumpy-bums. =)

but as with most toddlers, the lesson is soon forgotten five seconds later, and we're back to square one. lol.
